Famed, wide sandy Charley Young/Kamaole Beach I is across Kihei Rd.
Great for swimming, snorkeling and sunning. Or an evening stroll.

My ground floor unit #3104 is third from the right,
in the "quiet building," furthest back from any road
noise. And only steps from the pool.

My Maui Vista Resort 1 bdrm condo:
Best Rate? No. Best Value? Yes.

If you're looking for the lowest price per sq. ft., this is not for you.
If you're looking for a quality unit, read what others have said.
(Seven night seasonal rates range from $95 low to $155 peak.)

No other unit has this much cooling power. This is one of the very few Maui Vista units with air conditioning in BOTH the bedroom and living/dining/kitchen area. An 18,000 BTU a/c has been installed in the living area and a 12,000 BTU a/c has been installed in the bedroom. Ceiling fans disperse air evenly and add to the tropical charm that is Maui.

Upgraded ground floor Maui Vista Resort one bedroom condo #3104 is located in "the quiet building". . . the third building back from any Kihei Rd. noise.

The solid maple cabinetry is custom made by Decora. The new, tiled bathroom has the same Hansgrohe wallbar shower found in many 5-star hotels; the tub is slip resistant and has a grab rail for your safety.

The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and oven, microwave, dishwasher ~ plus all the utensils, cookery and dishes you'll ever want.

The new washer/dryer is closeted neatly away. There's also a coffee maker ~ even a hair

dryer. Newly carpeted throughout, this condo also has a ceramic tiled kitchen, bath and lanai.

Hi speed WiFi internet access is free! A 32" Vizio HDTV as well as a DVD/CD player were recently installed. There's also a TEAC stereo FM that has an iPod dock.

Famed Kamaole Beach 1 is directly across Kihei Rd. opposite building #1. There is a slight walk after crossing the road (maybe 100 yards to a staircase down to the beach.)

Going out for dinner? The gas-fired BBQ, scrupulously cleaned each morning, is within 100 ft. of your entryway.

One of three swimming pools on the property is within 75 ft. of the lanai. For tennis, six individually enclosed Plexipave championship courts (two per building) are just footsteps away. Racquet and ball rentals are available at the front desk. For golfers, the three world class courses at Wailea are just minutes away.

Parking? It's on site and it's free.

The living room opens onto a 13' x 10' ceramic tiled, very private lanai (patio). Great for "eating out" at home.

It's no place like home. Vizio 32" HDTV, DVD/CD player, high speed WiFi internet plus a stereo FM with an iPod dock.

Artists love to strut their stuff. Click on the orchid to take a look at some eye-catching art.

NOTE: If you're considering other Maui Vista units, be sure they have air conditioners in both the living room AND bedroom. Most do not!

The custom cabinets are solid maple. The doors and drawers almost close themselves. There's a full size refrigerator across from the dishwasher, a full size oven and microwave as well. Plus a new washer/dryer in the louvered closet.

The high end Hansgrohe wallbar shower isn't something you're likely to forget!
