The group was formed 10 years ago to provide a social outlet for older Greek people and retirees, and meets at the Georges River 16ft Sailing Club at Dolls Point each Tuesday at 11am.
Volunteer group co-ordinator Mary Petropoulou, of Sylvania Waters, said the group helps prevent isolation and depression in the community.
The group hosts guest speakers and entertainment and attracts about 70 regulars each week.
It is run as part of the Greek Orthodox Community of NSW Welfare Service. The group celebrated Mental Health Month with a morning tea at the club on October 15.
